Agency Requests Emergency Approval for Collection of Information by Office of Management and Budget

The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) is seeking emergency approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to collect information related to the recent restrictions on railroad employees' use of cell phones and electronic devices, following a fatal collision in Chatsworth, California, and other recent accidents.
