US Coast Guard Temporarily Waives Bridge Closure for Maintenance in Jersey City, NJ

The US Coast Guard has issued a temporary waiver allowing the Witt Penn Bridge to remain closed for one day to facilitate maintenance, while vessels can pass under the bridge without opening it at all times.
