US Department of Commerce Initiates Changed Circumstances Review of Antidumping Duty on Mexican Steel Pipe
The US Department of Commerce has launched a review to determine if Ternium Mexico, a successor to Hylsa, is eligible for a change in the antidumping duty order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Mexico.
