Interagency Cooperation Under the Endangered Species Act

The US Fish and Wildlife Service and the National Marine Fisheries Service have prepared a Draft Environmental Assessment to evaluate the potential environmental impacts of proposed changes to their interagency cooperation under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, which are currently under consideration.
