USDA Announces Revision to Advisory Committee and Research Promotion Background Information Form

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) is revising the currently approved Advisory Committee and Research Promotion Background Information AD-755 form, which will be used to assess the qualifications of applicants for advisory committees and commodity boards, and will include additional information on foreign citizenship and residency.
