TSA Implements Secure Flight Program Under Intelligence Reform Act

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is implementing the Secure Flight program, which requires pre-flight comparisons of airline passenger information to Federal government watch lists, as mandated by the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004.
