DHS Finalizes Safe Harbor Procedures for Employers Receiving No-Match Letters

The Department of Homeland Security is finalizing a rule clarifying safe harbor procedures for employers who receive a no-match letter from the Social Security Administration or a notice of suspect document from DHS, providing immunity from liability under section 274A of the Immigration and Nationality Act for following certain procedures.
