HUD Corrects FY2009 Final Fair Market Rents Notice

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has corrected a technical error in its September 2008 notice, which incorrectly identified the final FY2009 Fair Market Rents for the Housing Choice Voucher Program and Moderate Rehabilitation Single Room Occupancy Program as proposed rents. The corrected notice now accurately reflects the final FY2009 Fair Market Rents for existing housing.
