USDA to Conduct Referendum on Paper and Paper-Based Packaging Research Program

The USDA's Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is directing a referendum among eligible paper and paper-based packaging manufacturers and importers to determine their support for continuing the national research and promotion program, while also imposing an immediate moratorium on assessment collection.
