EPA Proposes Approval of West Virginia's Air Quality Implementation Plan
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the State of West Virginia's State Implementation Plan (SIP), which sets ambient air quality standards for six pollutants, in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
