U.S. Removes Caribbean Monk Seal From Endangered List

The National Marine Fisheries Service has finalized a rule to remove the Caribbean monk seal from the list of endangered marine and anadromous species, following a recommendation from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in 2008.
