FAA Sets Deadline for Airport Sponsor Notification of Fiscal Year 2009 Entitlement Funds Use

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requires airport sponsors to notify the agency by February 2, 2009, whether they will use their fiscal year 2009 entitlement funds for Airport Improvement Program (AIP)-eligible projects, or risk losing these funds if no action is taken by the deadline.
