CBP and CPSC Expand Importer Self-Assessment Program to Include Product Safety Pilot

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) are launching a new pilot program, the Importer Self-Assessment-Product Safety Pilot (ISA-PS), to enhance product safety compliance among importers, building on the existing Importer Self-Assessment Program (ISA).
