EPA Approves Virginia's Air Quality Plan for Richmond and Hampton Roads

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Virginia's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision, moving the Richmond and Hampton Roads 8-Hour Ozone Nonattainment Areas from the nonattainment list to the maintenance list, as part of its efforts to reduce air pollution in the region.
