EPA Approves Revision to Virginia State Implementation Plan to Move Richmond and Hampton Roads 8-Hour Ozone Areas to Maintenance Areas List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has taken direct final action to approve a revision to the Virginia State Implementation Plan (SIP), moving the Richmond and Hampton Roads 8-Hour Ozone Nonattainment Areas from the nonattainment areas list to the maintenance areas list in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
