Agency Seeks Renewal of Information Collection Request for Coke Oven Batteries Under NESHAP

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting renewal of an existing approved information collection request (ICR) for Coke Oven Batteries under the National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP), with a submission to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act.
