EPA Announces Availability of Reregistration Eligibility Decision for Triclosan

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made available its Reregistration Eligibility Decision (RED) for the pesticide triclosan, which is regulated by both the EPA and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and is open to public comment.
