Ex Parte Contacts and Separation of Functions Correction

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has corrected its final regulations regarding ex parte contacts and separation of functions, clarifying rules for investigations initiated under Part 1b of its regulations, following a publication in the Federal Register on October 22, 2008.
