U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Proposes New System of Records for Trade Transparency Analysis and Research

The Department of Homeland Security is proposing a new system of records, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Trade Transparency Analysis and Research (TTAR), to analyze trade and financial data for investigations of financial crimes, following the Privacy Act of 1974 guidelines.
