DHS Proposes Exemptions for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Trade Transparency Analysis and Research System
The Department of Homeland Security is proposing to exempt certain portions of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Trade Transparency Analysis and Research system from the Privacy Act of 1974 due to enforcement requirements.
