DOE Publishes Revised Proposed Policy for Civilian Radioactive Waste Management Training and Funding

The Department of Energy is updating its plans for implementing Section 180(c) of the Nuclear Waste Policy Act of 1982, with a focus on training for local public safety officials and providing technical and financial assistance to federally recognized Tribes and States.
