Millennium Challenge Corporation Publishes Draft of First Amendment to Compact with the Government of Georgia

The Millennium Challenge Corporation is publishing a draft of the first amendment to the compact between the US and Georgia, which is expected to be implemented in 2008, following the requirements of the Millennium Challenge Act of 2003.
