EPA Proposes Administrative Settlement for AuClair Superfund Site in California

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed an administrative settlement to reimburse the government for past response costs at the AuClair Superfund site in California, with the settling party agreeing to pay up to $627,022.00 and receive protection from future lawsuits.
