Center Point Energy Seeks Approval for 4-inch Gas Pipeline Across Arkansas Wildlife Refuge

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking public input on a permit application by Center Point Energy to build a 4-inch natural gas pipeline through a portion of the Cache River National Wildlife Refuge in Jackson County, Arkansas.
