EPA Stays Effectiveness of Air Emission Testing Body Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking final action to temporarily halt the implementation of requirements for air emission testing bodies, citing a need to address concerns raised by the Utility Air Regulatory Group and to secure an extension of a deadline for filing motions related to the abeyance of further proceedings.
