EPA to Renew and Consolidate Several Pesticide Program Information Collections

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on a proposed renewal and consolidation of several existing pesticide program information collections, including the Applications and Summary Report for Emergency Exemption for Pesticides and the Notice of Pesticide Registration by States to Meet a Special Local Need under FIFRA Section 24(c).
