USDA Rural Development Amends Telecommunications Loan Program Regulations

The USDA Rural Development is updating its regulations for the Telecommunications Loan Program to ensure that financially sound applicants are not excluded from the program, and to enable borrowers to provide reliable, modern telecommunications service at reasonable costs in rural areas.
