East Central Regional Railroad Authority Acquires Dakota, Minnesota & Eastern Railroad Corporation with State of South Dakota Exemption

The East Central Regional Railroad Authority has been granted an exemption to acquire the Dakota, Minnesota & Eastern Railroad Corporation by the State of South Dakota through its South Dakota Railroad Authority and Department of Transportation. This exemption allows the East Central Regional Railroad Authority to proceed with the acquisition.
