FHWA to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Highway Project in San Diego County, CA

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is issuing a notice to the public regarding the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a proposed highway project, international port of entry, and possible Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility in the East Otay Mesa area of San Diego County, California, on behalf of the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and the General Services Administration (GSA).
