National Park Service Proposes Special Regulations for Winter Visitation in Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks

The National Park Service is proposing a rule to manage winter visitation and recreational use in Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks, including requirements for snowmobiles and snowcoaches, and daily entry limits, for an interim period of three winter seasons starting with the 2008-2009 season.
