The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking public comment on an information collection titled 'Debt Cancellation Contracts and Debt Suspension Agreements--12 CFR 37' as part of its effort to reduce paperwork burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
