U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Determines Certain Steel Pipe from Korea is Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that circular welded carbon quality steel line pipe from South Korea is being sold in the U.S. at a price lower than its true value, and is inviting comments on this decision.
