EPA Proposes New Emission Standards for Petroleum Refineries

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released a supplemental proposal to the 2007 national emission standards for petroleum refineries, which includes new requirements for cooling towers and storage vessels, as well as clarifications and corrections to existing regulations.
