USDA Amends National Organic Certification Cost-Share Program

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has amended its National Organic Certification Cost-Share Program to provide cost-share assistance to organic producers and handlers in participating states, starting October 1, 2007, rather than the originally announced October 1, 2008.
