Temporary Drawbridge Operation Regulation for Clinton Railroad Drawbridge

The U.S. Coast Guard has temporarily relaxed the rules for operating the Clinton Railroad Drawbridge across the Upper Mississippi River in Clinton, Iowa, to accommodate necessary repairs and maintenance, allowing the bridge to open on signal with at least 24 hours' notice from December 15, 2008, to March 15, 2009.
