DoD Modifies System of Records Notice Under Privacy Act of 1974

The Office of the Secretary of Defense is updating its records notice in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, a federal law that regulates the handling of personal information, as part of its ongoing efforts to comply with the amended act.
