US Department of Commerce Rescinds Antidumping Duty Review of Dutch CMC
The US Department of Commerce has partially rescinded an administrative review of antidumping duties on purified carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) from the Netherlands, following a request from Akzo Nobel Functional Chemicals, B.V. to withdraw the review.
