Atlantic Highly Migratory Species; Essential Fish Habitat - Extended Comment Period

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is extending the public comment period for the Essential Fish Habitat Draft Amendment 1 to the 2006 Consolidated Highly Migratory Species Fishery Management Plan until December 12, 2008, following the initial November 18, 2008, deadline.
