Continuation of National Emergency with Respect to Weapons of Mass Destruction

The National Emergency is being continued for an additional year, as mandated by the National Emergencies Act, in response to the ongoing threat of weapons of mass destruction, as declared by President George W. Bush on March 1, 2003
