DOE Publishes Guidelines for National Priority Project Designation

The Department of Energy (DOE) is publishing guidelines for individuals and organizations to request National Priority Project Designation, an annual recognition of projects that significantly reduce the US's dependence on fossil fuels and promote domestic energy security, as mandated by the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (EPAct 2005). Following approval of an information collection request, DOE will publish an invitation to apply under these guidelines.
