U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Announces Availability of Final Environmental Impact Statement for Southern Beltway Transportation Project

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, in partnership with the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, has released a Final Environmental Impact Statement for the Southern Beltway Transportation Project, aiming to improve transportation safety and alleviate congestion in southwestern Pennsylvania.
