Medicare Program Revisions: Clarification of Compensation Plans

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has released an interim final rule with a comment period to revise the Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Benefit Programs, setting new marketing requirements and limits on compensation for agents and brokers.
