Norfolk Southern Railway Company, Pan Am Railways Inc., et al. Seek Approval for Joint Control and Operating/Pooling Agreements with Pan Am Southern LLC

Norfolk Southern Railway Company, Pan Am Railways Inc., Boston and Maine Corporation, and Springfield terminal Railway company filed a petition with the Surface Transportation Board to acquire joint control and ownership of Pan Am Southern, LLC, and to establish agreements for Springfield Terminal to operate the lines of PAS and set rates for PAS, with approximately 437 miles of existing rail lines involved.
