EPA Comments on Environmental Impact Statements and Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has expressed concerns about the potential environmental impacts of a wildfire analysis, unauthorized public vehicle use, and water quality from grazing. The EPA recommends that the final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) include measures to mitigate these risks and modify project design elements to ensure effective enforcement and monitoring.
