Canada Post and USPS Agree to Bilateral Contract for Inbound Market-Dominant Services

Canada Post and the United States Postal Service are set to file a request with the Postal Regulatory Commission to add their contractual agreement to the list of market-dominant products, allowing the USPS to adjust rates for the service.
