LSC Revises Freedom of Information Act Regulation to Implement OPEN Government Act Changes

The Low Income Student Assistance Corporation (LSC) is updating its rules for disclosing information under the Freedom of Information Act to align with changes introduced by the OPEN Government Act of 2007, and designating the Office of Inspector General as a separate entity to handle record requests, as part of two technical amendments.
