EPA Proposes Approval of Virginia's Air Quality Plan Amid Particulate Matter Amendments

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to Virginia's State Implementation Plan, which includes changes to the state's particulate matter standards, in accordance with the Clean Air Act
