EPA Withdraws Proposed Rule for Pittsburgh Air Quality Redesignation

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn a proposed rule to approve a redesignation request and a maintenance plan for the Pittsburgh-Beaver Valley ozone nonattainment area in Pennsylvania, following a request from the state to formally withdraw the proposal.
