HUD Consolidates Delegation of Authority to General Counsel

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has consolidated and updated delegations of authority to its General Counsel, effective January 19, 1989, to provide clearer guidance to the public on Secretarial delegations of authority to the General Counsel.
