EPA Proposes Disapproval and Limited Approval of California Air Pollution Control District Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to disapprove revisions to the Great Basin Unified Air Pollution Control District portion of the California State Implementation Plan, while approving and disapproving revisions to the Kern County Air Pollution Control District and Mohave Desert Air Quality Management District portions, related to particulate matter emissions from fugitive dust sources.
